Returns & Exchanges

At Loiswill, our mission is to provide top-quality products. If you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we're here to assist. Please review our guidelines below:

Returns

  • If you're not satisfied with the product or its fit, you can return it. A nominal return fee of ₹100 per product will be charged to cover handling and logistics costs.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

  • Reverse pickup may not be available for some pin codes. In such cases, you will need to send the product back by courier.

  • Note: You can also send the package back to our warehouse at your own cost if reverse pickup is not available through our courier partner.

  • We recommend recording an unboxing video when returning the package to ensure a smooth process.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please return it along with your order number.

  • Upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a replacement.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds but provide exchanges for size adjustments, subject to the following:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

  • Transportation fees for exchanges will apply.

  • To request an exchange, email us at loiswill324@gmail.com with your order details and exchange request.

  • Customers are responsible for returning the product to us, as we do not provide reverse pickup services. Please obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier service.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a traceable courier service.

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Include your name, address, email, and desired size on the parcel for the exchange.

Note:

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

  • Size exchanges are available for the same product of equal value, with shipping costs deducted.


Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled.

  • COD Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at loiswill324@gmail.com.


Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note redeemable on our website within 30 days.


Partial Order Exchange

  • Eligible products can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange.


Fit Issues

  • For size-related concerns, request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be provided.


Non-Acceptance of Exchanges/Returns

  • Exchanges/Returns will not be accepted for dissatisfaction with material or color. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchase.

  • Color variations (10–12%) due to screen resolution or lighting are not eligible for exchanges/returns.

  • Washed or worn products are not eligible for exchanges/returns.

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

  • Product details such as weight, work details, and size may vary slightly. Customers should consider these minor differences when making a purchase.
