Returns & Exchanges

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or the fit isn’t right, you may request a return.

  • A nominal return fee of ₹100 per product will be charged to cover handling and logistics.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Reverse pickup may not be available for certain pin codes. In that case, you can ship the item back to our Loiswill warehouse via any trusted courier service.
  • Please record an unboxing video while opening and repacking the item to ensure a smooth verification process.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Return the item along with your order number for verification.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll dispatch a replacement promptly at no additional cost.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only (no refunds) for size-related issues or replacements.

Guidelines for Exchanges:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.
  • Transportation fees for exchanges will apply.
  • To initiate an exchange, email us at loiswill324@gmail.com with your order number, exchange reason, and desired size.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the product to us (reverse pickup not available).
  • Please obtain a courier acknowledgment receipt for your reference.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable; we recommend using a traceable courier service.
  • Products must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Include your name, address, email, and new size request inside the return parcel.

Please Note:

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Exchanges are available for the same product and value only.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 30 days.

Order Cancellations

  • Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled once placed.
  • COD Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing loiswill324@gmail.com.

Credit Note Policy

If the size you requested for exchange is out of stock, a credit note of equal value will be issued, redeemable on loiswill.com within 30 days.

Partial Order Exchanges

Eligible items within an order can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.

Fit Issues

If the size doesn’t fit as expected, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

If your desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued instead.

  • Color variations (up to 10–12%) due to lighting or screen display differences.
