Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on select products and promotions, as specified on the product page or during checkout.
- For all other products, shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Order Not Received
If your tracking link shows the parcel as “delivered,” but you haven’t received it:
- Please check with your security guard, neighbors, or mailroom.
- If you’re still unable to locate your order, contact our support team within 24 hours of the status update.
Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Packages
We take utmost care while packaging each item. However, if your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with:

Returns & Exchanges
At Loiswill, we take great care in crafting and curating each piece you order. However, if you receive a damaged item or a product that doesn’t match your order, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below before initiating a return or exchange.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or the fit isn’t right, you may request a return.
- A nominal return fee of ₹100 per product will be charged to cover handling and logistics.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Reverse pickup may not be available for certain pin codes. In that case, you can ship the item back to our Loiswill warehouse via any trusted courier service.
- Please record an unboxing video while opening and repacking the item to ensure a smooth verification process.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Return the item along with your order number for verification.
- Once confirmed, we’ll dispatch a replacement promptly at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only (no refunds) for size-related issues or replacements.
Guidelines for Exchanges:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.
- Transportation fees for exchanges will apply.
- To initiate an exchange, email us at loiswill324@gmail.com with your order number, exchange reason, and desired size.
- Customers are responsible for returning the product to us (reverse pickup not available).
- Please obtain a courier acknowledgment receipt for your reference.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable; we recommend using a traceable courier service.
- Products must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
- Include your name, address, email, and new size request inside the return parcel.
Please Note:
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Exchanges are available for the same product and value only.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 30 days.
Order Cancellations
- Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled once placed.
- COD Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing loiswill324@gmail.com.
Credit Note Policy
If the size you requested for exchange is out of stock, a credit note of equal value will be issued, redeemable on loiswill.com within 30 days.
Partial Order Exchanges
Eligible items within an order can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.
Some products may not be eligible for return or exchange (refer to the product page for details).
Fit Issues
If the size doesn’t fit as expected, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
If your desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued instead.
Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with material, color, or design after purchase.
- Color variations (up to 10–12%) due to lighting or screen display differences.
- Items that are washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale or discounted items — all sales are final.
- Minor variations in weight, embroidery, print, or size due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
